After your event, sharing your photos with friends, family, and guests couldn’t be easier. You’ll get access to a personalised online gallery to view the images and download your favorites. The gallery makes it simple for everyone to enjoy and share the memories.

The Process
Get in touch with the date and details of your event so I can check my availability and get back to you with a quote
Once you have received the quote provided, if you choose to accept, a 25% booking deposit is required to secure the date
I will be in touch prior to your event to chat over the photography coverage around your event schedule
I can be at the venue to take photos of the venue, details, decor and be set up ready for your guests arriving
Photography coverage for your event capturing key moments, candid shots and group photos if requested
Your images will be delivered via an online gallery to view, download and share with guestsÂ
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
The earlier the better, especially if your event’s on a weekend or during peak season.Â
HOW LONG WILL I NEED COVERAGE FOR?
Some celebrations only need a couple of hours covered, others need the whole day or evening. I can send you a coverage guide with pricing info, and happy to have a chat through timings that will fit your event.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF NEWCASTLE AND THE NORTH EAST
Yes, absolutely. I’m a freelance photographer based in Newcastle upon Tyne but happily travel to cover events further afield, just get in touch with your location and I’ll let you know availability and travel costs.
CAN WE REQUEST SPECIFIC SHOTS TO CAPTURE?
Of course, if there’s a particular group shot, family members to focus on, or any detail shots, just let me know
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PHOTOS TO BE READY?
Your photos will be delivered via an online gallery within 10 working days from your event to view and download.
CAN OUR GUESTS VIEW THE PHOTOS ONLINE?
Yes, you will be given a private gallery link which you can share with your guests to view and download the photos. They can also order prints direct from the gallery too, this is a great way to have a nice print delivered direct to them with no fuss.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Pricing starts at £375, once I know the details of your event, location and photography coverage time you require I can send you a quote. Get in touch via the contact form with all the details.Â
