4. Photography Bookings
An enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Your photography booking will only be confirmed once:
- We have agreed the details of your photography service;
- Your booking fee or required payment has been received; and
- Any relevant booking documentation or photography contract has been completed.
For individual photography bookings, the terms of your photography contract will apply.
Where there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific photography contract, the photography contract will take precedence.
5. Booking Fees and Payments
A booking fee may be required to secure your photography date.
Unless otherwise stated in your photography contract, booking fees are non-refundable as they secure the agreed date and time and cover time spent on planning and preparation.
Any remaining balance must be paid by the date stated on your invoice or booking documentation.
I reserve the right to withhold the delivery of photographs or other agreed services where payment remains outstanding.
Full payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be set out in your photography contract where applicable.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
I understand that circumstances can change, and I will always aim to work with clients where possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography booking, the terms set out in your photography contract will apply.
Where I need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances outside my reasonable control, I will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date.
If I am unable to provide the photography service and an alternative date cannot be agreed, any refund due will be dealt with in accordance with the terms of the relevant booking agreement and applicable consumer law.
7. Photography and Copyright
All photographs created by Zoe Campbell Photography remain the copyright of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once full payment has been received, clients are granted the image usage rights set out in their photography contract.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, clients are not entitled to the RAW or unedited files.
Photographs supplied to clients may not be sold, licensed, commercially exploited or substantially altered without prior written permission, except where permitted by the image licence granted under the relevant photography contract.
8. Website Images and Portfolio
All photographs, videos, graphics and other visual content displayed on this website are owned by Zoe Campbell Photography or are used with permission.
You may not download, reproduce, copy or use these images for your own business, marketing or commercial purposes without prior written permission.
